Sales conferences often struggle with attendee engagement, especially in an online format. We introduced a gamification element called "Decode The Game" during our recent event to combat this. QR codes were hidden in speakers' presentations, and attendees had to find and scan them to reveal coded letters. The first to guess the correct password on our dedicated site won prizes, while everyone stayed focused and engaged throughout the three-day conference.
